The Shed Poets

Popular published poets Bernie Kenny, Carol Boland, Maureen Perkins, Judy Russell, Marguerite Colgan and Rosy Wilson will return to Bray Arts to read from their individual collections and group anthologies.

New Collection - Time and Tide

The Shed Poets have a new collection, Time and Tide (Boland Press). The cover is a fitting mosaic by the children of Ballymoney with Karin Dubsky and Blinda Moller. The mosaic can be seen at Ballymoney Strand.
Mamo McDonald in the Foreword says 'This collection is reflective, as befits the writings of a group of women with such a wide, varied and rich life experience spanning as it does most of the last century.' Of the poems she says, 'I have enjoyed reading every one of them and heartily recommend them to the readers.'

The book  at €10 can be purchased direct from the poets or through Boland Press (bolandpress@hotmail.com).

Launch of the collection is planned in early 2016.

Judy Russell and Rosy Wilson invite you to the launch of their books (Lapwing) Glencree Riverain and Bright Water Over Grey Stones at Signal Arts Centre, Bray at 7pm on Monday 12 Oct '15. Paula Meehan, Ireland Professor of Poetry, will launch these two excellent publications.
